You can pick up your order at Punt0fuga from Wednesday to Saturday, between 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and on Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
We will let you know once your order is ready for pickup.
Orders are shipped through Correo Argentino. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
To return an item, it must be sent back unworn, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue the refund through the original payment method.
Purchases made at our store may be exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.
